We work to make our business model increasingly consistent with the principles of responsible innovation and sustainable value creation over time: we propose innovative solutions that improve people's health while also reducing inequalities in access to care.
The goal is to progressively integrate sustainability into all decision-making and operational processes, from research and development to the supply chain, up to after-sales support. An approach that strengthens the quality of decisions helps to manage risks and steers growth towards strong results, while generating concrete, long-lasting benefits for society and stakeholders.

Our roadmap
To support this approach, we have defined a roadmap that allows us to progressively monitor KPIs and targets reached. Priorities are defined for short-, medium- and long-term horizons, to ensure consistency between strategic ambition and implementation capacity.

Governance
Our governance integrates strategy, operations and sustainable development, through roles, responsibilities and processes that support transparent and informed decision-making. We operate in an ever-changing context, marked by demographic changes, digitisation of healthcare, geopolitical dynamics and growing attention to the sustainability of supply chains. This requires constant monitoring of risks and opportunities. The progressive integration of ESG factors in our governance processes helps us to set our priorities, strengthen coordination across departments and make more ethical and consistent decisions over time.

Sustainable living
In 2023, we inaugurated our new headquarters, entirely built according to the criteria of eco-sustainability and energy compensation. A better place to launch our projects, while fully respecting the world in which we live: a welcoming and sustainable 2,500-square-metre facility.
