Our purpose can only be fully achieved if we pursue the creation of economic, social and environmental value in a balanced and responsible manner.\n<h2>\n\t\t\tResponsible strategy and positive impact\t<\/h2>\n\tWe work to make our business model increasingly consistent with the principles of responsible innovation and sustainable value creation over time: we propose innovative solutions that improve people&#8217;s health while <strong>also reducing inequalities<\/strong> in access to care.<br \/>\nThe goal is to progressively integrate sustainability into all decision-making and operational processes, from research and development to the supply chain, up to after-sales support. We operate in an ever-changing context, marked by demographic changes, digitisation of healthcare, geopolitical dynamics and growing attention to the sustainability of supply chains. This requires constant monitoring of risks and opportunities. The progressive integration of ESG factors in our governance processes helps us to set our priorities, strengthen coordination across departments and make more ethical and consistent decisions over time.<\/p>\n\t<p>About our stakeholders<\/p>\n\t<p>Relationships are fundamental to building trust and transparency on our sustainability journey. For this reason, we listen carefully to our stakeholders &#8211; the people, communities and organizations that share this journey with us &#8211; to understand their expectations, needs and priorities.
