Epidural fibrosis is an often invisible but profoundly disabling condition that can affect those who have already undergone spinal surgery or experienced episodes of chronic pain. When this tissue develops, it can wrap around or compress the nerves, preventing them from moving freely and causing symptoms such as persistent pain, tingling, weakness or burning in the lower limbs.     \nIt involves inserting a specific catheter (Racz-type catheter<\/strong>) into the peridural space, followed by administering a mixture of drugs (hyaluronidase, slow-release cortisone and local anaesthetic) to reduce inflammation and release compressed or stretched nerve roots.\n\t
