Transparency Project 2020: we came first in Italy

"We must be able to transform costs into investments and obligations into opportunities" - This is the approach of Federico Ferrari, our R&D and Operations Director.

Federico in this video tells us, together with his colleagues Filippo Montanari, Marketing Manager, and Stefano Mutti, IT Manager, about the success achieved with the Transparency project that we- as a company - have been pursuing in this last period.

We as Theras do not stop and as innovators we have been the first to implement a dedicated system, obtaining significant results.

And it is precisely our way of operating, as outlined by Federico, that differentiate us:

• Define clear internal rules;
• Simplify processes;
• Where possible, automate those with low added value.

This formula allows us to lighten the operational load and have more time to analyze the data and improve further.
